The Dubreq Ltd Agreement
This agreement has been set up to protect the rights and obligations of our customers (Known as you) as well as Dubreq Ltd. This agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Dubreq Ltd, in relation to any services offered by us through this site.
English law shall govern each transaction, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales.
By purchasing goods from the Dubreq Ltd website you are entering a legally binding contract and are governed by the terms of this agreement.
No contract exists between you and us until Dubreq Ltd has confirmed receipt and acceptance of your order. Dubreq Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on the site. We also reserve the right to issue any refunds or cancel an order should the product ordered be out of stock without any issue or dispute from you (The customer).
We ask that you agree to register for Dubreq Ltd using your correct name, address and any other requested details. All payments are processed by an external payment processor known as Paypal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

You must ensure that you comply with the following:

 

(a) you are entitled to use the payment method at the time when you provide those details to Dubreq Ltd

 

b) the account has available funds to cover all charges incurred at the time it is used.
Descriptions of goods and services included in the Dubreq Ltd site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Errors are corrected as soon as we are aware of them. If after you’ve received the goods the description varies excessively from the product you have received you may return them for a refund.

 

You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.

 

All orders will need to be signed for at point of delivery,so please make sure someone is available to sign.Please check orders for any obvious signs of damage at time of delivery and to sign for the item as damaged where necessary. Any damage must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery (photographs must be included with the notification).
Any import duties that may be due on any orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom are the responsibilities of the buyer.

 

If the courier has tried to deliver your goods and you fail to arrange a redelivery or if you do not respond to the “sorry we missed you” card left by your driver, your order will eventually be returned to the sender.

 

All products are covered by a six months warranty against manufacturing defects (please note for our Pro products including the S2 please read below). If your product develops a fault that is covered by the manufacturers guarantee, we will replace the relevant part.

 

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management We advise that you keep the original packaging and flatpack it for storage in the event of the product being returned as we do not supply repackaging material and courier services may refuse collection if not properly packaged.

 

Dubreq Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control. All goods are delivered by third party couriers and we are reliant on them.

Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. Dubreq Ltd reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect on the day it is posted on the website.

If any term in this agreement is held unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall still remain valid.

Guarantees:

The Stylophone S2 and other Stylophone Pro instruments carry a life-time warranty against design faults or manufacturing faults (this does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage to the product) Should your product malfunction or stop working at any time please return it to Dubreq Ltd for evaluation and, if we deem the fault to fall under this warranty, repair or replacement. Faulty products should be returned to:

Shipping Times:

If your order includes a Stylopohone S2 or other Stylophone Pro instrument then these products may need to be assembled to-order and as such our stated shipping policy is that your order will ship within 10 working days of your order being placed. Items are sent via standard postal services which can take up to five working days in the UK, up to two weeks to Europe and up to eight weeks to the rest of the world.

 

 

Complaints Procedure:

 

Dubreq Ltd takes great pride in our customer service and customer relations.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days from the date of receiving your complaint. We will do our upmost to rectify or resolve your complaint within the 5 working days but in a case where we are unable to resolve the complaint within the 5 working days we will contact you to let you know we have received your complaint and will advise what is causing the delay and will advise when our outcome will be available.

 

Unless specifically asked not to we will reply to any complaint by emailing the email address registered on your account at the time of completing your purchase.
Dubreq Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any members account which, is, or appears to us in our absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions of this agreement.
