Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days beginning the day after the goods have been delivered,all return costs will be the responsibility of the returnee and are not refundable.

To do this please contact our customer services department who will issue you with a return reference number (RRN) and return address and once we have confirmation that the product has been returned to us undamaged / unopened and in the original packaging we will issue you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

If you return an item without a RRN then we will return the goods to you at your expense.


You will not be charged for postage twice if a product arrives damaged and requires replacement. If a product arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately by email: sales@stylophoneshop.com Claims for damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise the claim will not be valid.


If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Dubreq Ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Dubreq Ltd is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer or damaged through missuse will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.

If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.
